These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fit For Life Transformations website located at fitforlifetransformations.com and all associated services, content, and communications (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

Fit For Life Transformations offers a private, application-based health and performance coaching program called the Fit For Life Optimization System. Our services include personalized nutrition guidance, training protocols, recovery optimization, and direct coaching from Eric, a licensed chiropractor and performance coach.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. Acceptance is at our sole discretion based on qualification criteria.

The information provided through our website and program is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

While Eric is a licensed chiropractor, his role within this program is as a performance coach, and the coaching relationship does not constitute a doctor-patient relationship unless explicitly established through a separate clinical engagement.

By submitting an application, you authorize Fit For Life Transformations to contact you via SMS, phone, and email to discuss your application and program fit. You acknowledge that this contact may be automated or semi-automated.

Enrollment in the program is contingent upon mutual agreement, completion of any required intake forms, and payment of applicable program fees as outlined in a separate program agreement.

Program fees, payment schedules, and refund terms are specified in the individual program agreement provided upon acceptance. General terms include:

• All payments are due as specified in your program agreement.
• Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed after program materials have been delivered or coaching has commenced.
• Chargebacks initiated without prior communication with our team may result in immediate termination of program access and potential legal action to recover outstanding fees.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, program materials, and coaching content — is the property of Fit For Life Transformations and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without express written permission. Program materials provided to enrolled clients are licensed for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.

By using our Services, you agree not to:
